Natural, gourmet handmade soaps that are SLS free, plastic-free and vegan.
Superfly Soap®️ is a brand that I have fallen in love with. It’s the baby of Lisa from Kincardine, Central Scotland who decided to form the business not just because of her love of handmade soap but also down to her frustration at the amount of single use plastics around her home.
“I care about what goes into my body (most of the time anyway) so I wanted to create a range of products that I was happy to put on my body – after all a percentage of that is absorbed into it too! It's important for me to be environmentally sensitive so I don’t use palm oil and, of course, all of my products are completely plastic free.”
All products are vegan friendly but they’re not just for vegans, they’re for everyone!
This Almond Milk and Oat Body Soap is made using a traditional cold process method of soap making and like all the Superfly products, it’s vegan and made with lots of skin friendly natural ingredients.
It has a light almond fragrance and has some added exfoliation from ground pressed oats. Along with a bunch of nourishing oils and butters this soap is made using homemade almond milk to give that extra luxurious feel!
Some of the other ingredients in this bar are olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, castor oil and sunflower oil. There’s no added colourants in this soap but there is an added almond fragrance. Superfly have created a balanced bar that will cleanse and nourish without drying out your skin.
You will receive one of the generously sized bars (110g minimum). All the soaps are wrapped in compostable cellophane.
Keep your soap out of water when not in use to prolong its life, a soap dish or wire rack in your shower is ideal. The bars are big enough that you can cut them in half, keeping some dry for later meaning they will last even longer!
The Superfly products are produced in a nutty environment so please bear this in mind for any nut allergies. As the soaps are handmade in small batches then colour variations from the pictures may occur.
